For professionals, we manufacture and distribute different brands of bakery flours and a special flour for doughnuts.
Pioneers of the wheat flour fortification program in Cameroon since 2011, we enrich our flours with iron, zinc, folic acid, and vitamin B12, thus significantly improving their nutritional value and contributing to the health of our consumers.

Specialty flour for fritters, Amigo excels in producing products destined for frying.
Cameroonian fritters, puffed donuts, samosas, pili-pili, pancakes, etc., are guaranteed to be a delight!
Amigo offers high yield, stretchable dough, long fermentation, and easy cutting.
As the star of the BHB (Beignet – Haricot – Bouillie) concept, Amigo produces fritters that are:

Colombe
Sure of its flight, La Colombe is an ideal flour for bakers. With its composition and functionality, it is perfectly suited for making ‘Delivery’ bread, a registered trademark of Cameroonian bakeries.
It is a balanced flour with an optimal protein content that allows for the production of various products: ‘Delivery’ bread, baguettes, pastries, molded bread, brioches, etc.

Le Pélican Rouge
To meet the specific needs and constraints of customers with industrial processes using artisanal bakery equipment, we have developed Le Pélican Rouge! This high-protein flour offers excellent fermentation stability and remarkable yield. It is perfectly suited for the most demanding regions and working conditions.
We particularly recommend it for preparing special breads, sandwich loaves, delivery bread, and counter breads.

La Camerounaise
La Camerounaise is a standard flour, accessible to all, easy to use, and ideal for artisan bakers without stringent workflow processes.
Its development is a response to an optimal quality-price ratio, delivering final products that ensure quality, flavour, and exquisite aroma in baguettes and pastries.

Designed for the production of “Kumba bread“, sandwich loaves, milk bread, brioche, viennoiseries, and all doughs enriched with sugar and fat! Choosing Power means choosing:
