With a background in agro-industry and nearly 22 years of professional experience, I started my career at La Pasta S.A as a laboratory quality controller. Over the years, I have climbed the ranks within the group, holding various positions in areas such as product quality control, product formulation, research and development, QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment), and most recently, plant management. My last role as Director of Quality and Services has been a true transformation, both professionally and personally.
Guided by the famous quote from Albert Einstein, “Never underestimate your ignorance,” I firmly believe in the possibility of professional reinvention at any time, regardless of age or context. It simply requires a willingness to learn and explore new areas.
