WHEAT FLOUR

Cadyst Group is an agro-food company that processes wheat into wheat flour for pastry (baker’s flour and doughnut flour) products and durum wheat semolina for pasta production. Since 2002, the group has been producing wheat flour enriched with iron, folic acid, zinc, and vitamin B12 in its flour mill. Over 20 years, its wheat milling capacity has increased from 25 tons to 1,120 tons per day. This achievement has positioned the group among the leaders in the sector, driven by a focus on product quality and availability, as well as a modern production unit equipped with 6 operational automatic mills.

In 2012, the group established a semolina mill, becoming the first producer of durum wheat semolina in Central Africa. That same year, the group achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification for its agro-food division.

LABORATORY

The laboratory is where all quality control tests and analyses for wheat, flour, and semolina are conducted. Quality control is performed before and after the raw material (wheat) is received, during production, and at the end of each production batch of the finished product. Ensuring quality control at every stage of the process is crucial to meet sanitary and food safety requirements and to satisfy customers.

The factory laboratory is divided into two compartments. On one side, there is the cold zone where physico-chemical tests (protein content, moisture, ash content, damaged starch, wet gluten, dry gluten) and rheological tests are conducted. On the other side, there is the hot zone where baking tests are performed, including tests on pastries such as donuts.

Amigo is our special doughnut flour, produced from a unique blend of pure, rigorously selected wheat varieties. Every stage, from grain selection to milling, is controlled to guarantee exceptional flour.
