Appointment of SGMC’s new Chief Executive Officer

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Stéphane JAFFRET as Chief Executive Officer of SGMC, effective Friday, January 9, 2026.

An experienced manager, Stéphane has more than 20 years of international management, with a solid background in industry and agribusiness. He has led complex organizations, led strategic transformations and supported teams towards sustainable growth trajectories.

This arrival illustrates the Group’s conviction that its ambitions depend above all on the women and men who embody them, and on leaders capable of federating, transforming and creating value over the long term.
